MN Professional Health Services, Inc. is able to arrange for home care services on varied timeframes. To ensure round-the-clock care for clients with fragile conditions, we have live-in caregivers who can reside in your home for long-term or short-term – depending on the needs of the client.

These services can include but are not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Bed-Side Care
• Assistance with Mobility
• Assistance with Daily Living
• Medication Reminders

There will be a care plan designed especially for the client which will detail care procedures for the length of time that is recommended by the physician. We are also open to adjustments to the said care plan as the client recovers or when additions to the plan are necessary to maintain optimal health.
